I was very appreciative of the fact that the easy way to do the fix was to order a new part at a cost of $1800. SMAC opted to invest more time and effort and repair the fix for around $200. I have confidence that the repair was done right and most likely better quality than a new part. I appreciate their willingness to put in that extra effort! - Thomas O.
