Employee came from Hagerstown to Frederick late Sunday evening to help when my keys were locked in my car by accident. Another time they came to my house to jump-start a dead battery. Hands down the BEST road side service in this area.

South Mountain is great, Kenny and his staff are knowledgeable and truly professional. They're willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Sidney is a tech there and I can't say enough good about his work, I had a bolt that was broke off for my truck alignment and he drilled it out and welded another one in to make sure it was perfect. Great company and great guys!!

Love them!!! I can always depend on a great job and reasonable/fair prices. Plus, you can leave your car and they'll take care of you if you need a ride back home or to work...they have the old school family business, a pleasure to see you smile and welcome...don't find that much nowadays. They just finished a collision job on my new to me GMC Yukon. When I came in to pick it up, I was so happy. They detailed it and went beyond what I would have excepted.. it was beautiful!! I've been with them for about four years and will not depend on anyone one else.. though I do have a warranty on the Yukon for another sixty thousand miles and will use it, but feel the dealership can't stand beside South Mountain folks...I believe no one can beat the care and work.

Had a problem with starting my van and had analyzed by South Mountain Auto. Turned out it was bad gas and all we needed to do is apply gas treatment.
