The staff is highly professional, honest and will take the time to answer questions and explain your repairs. The best thing is there integrity in providing you the service your vehicle needs and not trying to nickel and dime you on stuff you don't need. Most recently one of my vehicles needed recall work at a local dealership where they quickly claimed my vehicle was in need of roughly $3,900 in additional repairs. For some reason our vehicles have had bumps along the way, we are good solid drivers but those bumps... when we have had our bumps, South Mountain Collision is always here to help fix them! They are so nice, helpful and HONEST! I had a bump about a year ago, it was minor.  I had them look it over, they could have easily told me XYZ needed to be repaired and never repaired it etc; instead, within a few hours they told me nothing was wrong and sent me on my way.
